Backstage at the MTC theatre – Gone With the Wind

I had the opportunity to visit and photograph the Manitoba Theatre Company (MTC), backstage, while they were preparing for their current production, Gone With the Wind. We visited various departments, including, set design, clothing design, props, and construction. It was amazing to see how much work and preparation goes on behind the scenes before rehearsal can even begin. I’m particularly fascinated by the prop department and the creative techniques they use to make the food look so real! If you’re interested in catching the show, this weekend is your last chance: ticket info.
