Pet Portraits Photography

Our furry friends are some of the most loyal and important family members in our lives. We have THREE pets of our own, and we’re well aware of how special they are. Each one of our pets is so different – our goal is to etch their spirit and unique personalities with a beautiful portrait. We’re incredibly patient and willing to wait for just the right moment for your pet to relax… or show-off! Props and creative sets can also be incorporated to add a little whimsy, or you can opt for a more classic approach. We can shoot in the studio, or at a location of your choice. Pets that are protective of their homes may fare better in our studio or at a park setting. Some pets, such as many indoor cats or birds, might be more relaxed in your home.

Packages

(H1) Small Group Portrait Package

Up to 2 people plus pet and a 45 minute session. Includes 40 dollar print credit* towards prints of your choice (light-retouching of skin included). Also includes all viewer proofs on a disc: these are images, large enough to view on your computer, from which you can choose your enlargements.

(H2) Mid-Size Group Portrait Package

Up to 5 people plus pet and and a 45-minute session. Includes 60 dollar print credit* towards prints of your choice (light-retouching of skin included). Also includes all viewer proofs on a disc: these are images, large enough to view on your computer, from which you can choose your enlargements.

*Print dollar credits are non-redeemable for cash, and can be used only towards prints of your choice.

Prints

Your package includes a number of print credit dollars to be applied towards prints of your choice. However, you are free to purchase additional prints if you choose. We have a number of print sizes available (wallets, 5x7, 8x10, 16x20, etc.), and can also customize to any non-standard size you prefer. Metallic prints, plaque mounted photographs, and Canvas Wraps are additional options. Clients can click here for detailed print pricing and options.

Styling/Props

We have styling services, clothing and accessories available for some shoots, depending on the subject matter. Props can also be rented, with additional fees dependent on resources required. We offer budget-friendly, creative solutions for your needs.

Retouching

Animals are about as beautiful as they come and require very little photo editing. However for your chosen images, we can emphasize their most beautiful characteristics, by enhancing colours and textures, such as eyes and fur.
